Refund policy

No refunds on frame purchases (with or without non-prescription blue-light lenses), but an exchange is possible in the office. To do so, you must come to the optical house within one month of receiving the order. Frames must be in resaleable condition (unworn and free of defects). A maximum of (1) one exchange will be made per frame.

No refunds on accessory purchases, but an exchange is possible in-office within one month of receipt of order. Accessories must be in resalable condition (unused and free of defects).

For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or refunds on all dry eye products.
